UAPS AWARDS OVERALL BEST GRADUATING IN MA POPULATION STUDIES STUDENT FOR THE 2016/2017 ACADEMIC YEAR, AT RIPS

The Union of African Population Studies (UAPS) has awarded Mr. Theophilus Toprah, the overall best graduating student in Master of Arts in Population Studies at the Regional Institute for Population Studies (RIPS), University of Ghana, for the 2016/2017 academic year. The award was presented by Dr. Deladem Kusi-Appouh, Treasurer for UAPS, during the University’s Academic Prizes Ceremony held at the Great Hall on Friday, April 13, 2017.

Mr. Toprah, gained admission at the University of Ghana, Legon in the 2015/2016 Academic Year to pursue a one-year course of study leading to the award of MA Population Studies. He is currently pursue a four year full-time course leading to the award of Doctor of Philosophy in Population Studies.
